I have provided coaching and counseling services for over 15 years, working with individuals and groups to increase their goal setting and facilitation
skills.
Persons over 40 who are seeking a change in their career path or need more training can benefit greatly from my services. My background includes assisting interns in career development and accommodating health maintenance agencies.
In my private practice, I help individuals and couples to be successful in achieving their personal goals such as weight management, recovery from addictions, communication improvement and divorce mediation.
I can share with you the ways to effective parenting. Whether single moms/dads or working together as a couple I also help by teaching the very important aspect of becoming coaches for your kids.
I have also been a source of motivation for people creating and developing their own small business. Managers have benefited from my coaching on management/employee concerns especially related to health/disability concerns.
Work-Life Solutions offers qualified counseling and coaching to anyone should the need arise. Earning a Masters Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University, Detroit , I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Women’s Economic Club. My background also includes being a former member of the American Society for Training and Development along with formerly serving the role as Board Vice President of the Chronic Illness Coalition in Michigan.
